Designing the Perfect Pressure Vessel

Our engineering team designs cylinders and production processes that achieve your goals. Whether you need single use or refillable cylinders, we take everything into account with the pressure vessel design – from max envelope constraints and contents to the cylinder’s interface and how the end users will interact with the finished product. Then we develop a series of design iterations and run simulations that help your team to determine the best solution.

From there, we create a series of progressive impact extrusion designs to yield a near net shape protype of the cylinder. We can help conduct user preference testing and make prototype adjustments based on this crucial feedback. Before full scale production begins, we run extensive simulations of the extrusion process and failure mode analysis to ensure peak performance.
